We book on a "first come first serve" basis. Contact us now for a quote. Typically we only offer one package, but depending on other factors additional fees may apply. Once you get your quote you just need to submit the Video Agreement along with your deposit.

Wedding Video Package Details

Videographer(s) may arrive about 2 hours before your ceremony to prepare and cover pre-ceremony action with 1 video camera. We may ask the bride and groom, separately of course, to share their feelings and if anything worth mentioning (fun, funny, crazy, whatever) has happened in preparing for this big day.

Ceremony

Ceremony coverage with 3 video cameras (more or less) and 2 videographers (more or less). Almost any number of cameras may be used and manned depending on our particular agreement, availability, and your specific event. Usually it's at least 3 HD video cameras.

Audio is very important to. So, we do our best to capture as much as we can. This involves different mics in various locations. We may use lavalier microphones on the groom and/or the preacher. Additional lavalier microphones may be used as well. We may place a mic in front of the PA if you have a speaker, musician or anyone going through one. Or we may capture audio off the board.

Reception

Reception coverage with at least 1 video camera manned. The videographer may go to the reception immediately after the ceremony to work on getting feedback/comments, etc. from your guest. We also work to cover all the highlights of your reception as well (announcements, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc...) provided we're informed adaquately and they're done during our time. Sometimes the D.J. likes to turn down the lights to set the mood. So, if it gets too dark we may throw a little dimmable LED camera light on.

Sometimes we're known to help coordinate the overall reception just to make sure things run smoothly, the better your event the better the video! We may wrap up with asking the bride and groom to share together how they’re feeling now that they're together. That makes for a nice closing shot.

After Your Big Day

After the event everything is transferred to computer for editing. The post production phase usually takes 18 or more hours spread out over approximately a 2 week period. We like to take our time and not rush the creative process. So it may occasionally be faster or take longer, esp. if it’s a busy season.

You’re wedding video may have title pages, wedding theme transitions, and effects. Transitions from one scene/camera to another are generally subtle fades that do not distract from the actual event. Other effects may include animations and/or split screens to show action that may be occurring simultaneously (e.g. a singer on one side of the screen and the Bride and Groom on the other).

Add Your Own Spice

You may add your own spice to your movie at the intro of the video or reception or on the menu page. For example, you may put your own song and/or picture in the DVD menu or movie, or if there’s something you want to say on some title pages in the movie tell us and we'll include it! If we have a program from the wedding we may include the wedding party in rolling credits at the end of the ceremony.

Slide Shows

Slide Shows may be included as well with your DVD, sometimes for an additional cost. An example of a Slide Show that you may want to include would be pictures from each of you growing up, rehearsal pictures, pictures from the photographer, and/or pictures from your honeymoon. Each slide show can have music, up to 90 pictures in each slide show, and can be included in your wedding DVD if there’s enough room. A DVD typically can only be 2 hours.

DVD or Blu-ray

The last step: Authoring Your Wedding Video to disc. We create custom menus that may include:

• ***A Picture from the wedding in the background
• Button to play entire movie
• Buttons for Scene Selection
• ***A custom label with a picture from the wedding printed on it

*Wedding videos are typically this price. However, wedding videos elsewhere may incur other expenses that are not included in this package. Neofilm Productions reserves the right to change what we offer and prices at anytime.

**Payment for additional hours is if you need a guarantee that a videographer will be there additional time. While we may stay longer then 6 hours without charging extra that would be left to the discretion of Neofilm Productions and additional time is not guaranteed without payment or other arrangements.
